Challenge & Solution

The primary challenges were supplier verification in a market with limited digital transparency and navigating multi-jurisdiction regulatory requirements. SARV Trading resolved this by deploying on-the-ground representatives, cross-checking supplier credentials against multiple registries, and pre-qualifying all shipments with destination-country importers before confirming orders.

Final Result

The project successfully delivered 12 containerized food and agriculture shipments over eight months, with zero compliance incidents. The client established a reliable, repeatable import channel from Iran and expanded their supplier base to three new certified producers — reducing unit costs by approximately 18%.
